Common Questions

Why pay-per-use for AI?

AI model costs are variable (Bedrock bills by token). Rather than inflating seat prices, we pass through actual costs with generous included credits. This keeps plans affordable for teams that don't use AI heavily.

Can I set a spending cap?

Yes. You can set monthly AI budget limits per user or per team. Once the cap is hit, the copilot switches to the most cost-efficient model or pauses until the next billing cycle.

Do unused credits roll over?

No, included credits reset monthly. But they're generous enough that most users never exceed them.

Do you charge per contact?

No. Pro and Enterprise have unlimited contacts. You pay per user seat + AI usage. That's it.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days on any paid plan. No credit card required. The Free plan is free forever with limited features.

Can I switch plans?

Anytime. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect next billing cycle.
